The house is a beautiful, single storey villa in the village of Pla De Corrals. It is set in its own private grounds, including an orange grove and a 10x5 metre swimming pool. It is in the district of Simat De La Valldigna in the province of Valencia.
The Mediterranean coast, with miles of beautiful long, sandy beaches is about half an hour drive away. The beaches are very safe for swimming and an excellent playground for children,. The nearest beach is at Playa Tavernes.
The village is in a valley surrounded by hills and mountains and the area is covered in Orange groves and to a lesser extent Olive Trees, Pomegranates and Persimmons. The region has plentiful water as it is above one of the largest aquifers in Europe and is therefore very green for most of the year.
In the village there are two bars and the nearest shops are in Barxeta, whilst the closest town is Xativa, inland from Casa Chorro.
